Silver Medal Winner | 2017 Savor NW Wine Competition
From Penner-Hansen Vineyard in Jacksonville, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes are aged in stainless steel with native fermentation. Strong hints of citrus, apple and lemon-lime are tasted on the palate. This clean and crisp vintage is a great sipping wine and also pairs perfectly with spicy foods. We recommend trying it with Paella. Alcohol: 12.7% READ MORE | BUY NOW

2015 Vermentino

Silver Medal Winner | 2016 Northwest Wine Summit
From Troon Vineyards in the Applegate Valley, one of only two vineyards that have Vermentino in Southern Oregon. This German-style wine with 1% residual sugar has a slight sweetness on the front palate that gives way to muted flavors of citrus and pear. Wonderful sipping wine with added ice to maintain coldness. Add a little Prossecco for a refreshing summer drink. Pairs wonderfully with all types of seafood. Alcohol: 11.8%

Silver Medal Winner | 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
Silver Medal Winner | 2016 Northwest Wine Summit

The Dolcetto grape is originally from the Piedmonte region of Italy. The dark, thick skin allows for good color, medium tannins and medium acidity. In Italian Dolcetto means “little sweet one”. However, the wine produced from this grape is dry rather than sweet. The aromas are full of cherry, cranberry, licorice and prunes. On the finish there is a hint of almonds. READ MORE | BUY NOW

2014 ‘The Chief’ Chardonnay

Silver Medal Winner | Savor Northwest Wine Competition
Our signature wine, The Chief Chardonnay, is named In honor of Shelby’s father, “The Chief’ on the TV series “Get Smart.” This wine has many different flavors that play with each other on the nose; flavors of honey and pineapple mix with almonds and the sensation of butter which adds interest. On the palate there is richness and heaviness secondary to the buttery component. It lingers on the back palate before slipping away leaving the delightful taste of honey.
